I can see why MES was so miffed / convinced that this lot were just trying to be The Fall. The last track here (yes, I made it to the end) is the beat from Hip Priest, although the rest of the song is nowhere near as good. Quirky indie college radio stuff that made little sense to me. Another band that seems to be trying hard to be 'weird'.
