I found this album frustrating. The 'punky' stuff is great, but the production and style seems to vary wildly from track to track and the cod-reggae riffing is not as enticing. It was hard to settle in and enjoy this all the way through. Language Problem was new and enjoyable and from this I can see what all the punk kids were making a fuss about in 1978. And I like that Perrett's voice is so distinctive. Some hit, some miss.
