Really not a Christmas music guy usually, but these are lovely. The Ronettes are definite highlights. What can I say, Phil Spector may be a monster, but he knew how to make a song soar. B

I was prepared to not like this album, but in listening realized that the Spector Wall of Sound versions of these Christmas tunes are actually the ones I enjoy the most. So actually a pretty enjoyable listen.
I liked this. It's just nice to hear x-mas music I haven't heard a million times before, and I'm pretty sure I hadn't heard a bunch of these renditions. 3.5/5
