Great album. Listened to it before. Never have been quite as in love with the later-era Beatles, as some of the songs aren't quite my speed. However, I think it's a mix of higher highs and lower lows. Maybe it's worth it for those higher highs vs just being consistent throughout. 4/5
This is the first Beatles album I really fell in love with as a kid. I liked the Breeders' cover of Happiness is a Warm Gun and went through my dad's records to find the original, and pretty much the entire album resonated with me. It's not perfect, there's definitely several tracks that I will skip through, but aside from those few this album just kicks ass. 4.5/5
