There were times where I though this album was going to be good. The combination of the singer's Billie Holiday style singing and the unhinged theremin sometimes worked for me, but there was also just a lot of times where it was trying too hard to be a "creepy jazz" album. I think if I ever want music to set this type of mood I'll just listen to Portishead. 2.4/5

This is mostly just boring Portishead. There's a few interesting tracks like one that sounded like Danny Elfman soundtrack stuff, and a few of the tracks sound like they'd be good for opening a James Bond movie. Overall, not bad but not something I'd wanna revisit. 2.75/5
