This is where Joni kind of loses me. She abandons traditional pop/rock, folk/pop song structures and turns to modern jazz arrangements and chord progressions. And I'm not really down. Often I find it tough to latch onto a musical thread, and if I do the singing often doesn't follow tat thread. I'm sure that her poetic and lyrical talents are there in spades. However the music does not make want to discover them. 3 stars
