Just as it came together, the band fell apart. Everything you expect from the Smiths is here - cynical, urbane Morrissey, cool licks from Marr and a great overall sound. The trilogy of Girlfriend in a Coma / Stop Me If You’ve Heard This One Before / Last Night I Dreamy That Somebody Loved Me is some of their best work and I Won’t Share You sounds suspiciously heartfelt.
