How many times must I try to listen to this album without getting lost in the nostrils of the cover art? I'd like to call this a slow burn, but slow smolder is more appropriate. The whole medieval theme carried through is a blatant signal telling me to move on... but pushing through that reveals things that come to those who wait. And wait, and wait... Love, the first song (after multiple listens), the second is fine, but drags on waaaay too long as do most of them. I suppose this is a decent album to be stoned and eat mushrooms to. The ebbs and flow of the insanely long tracks keep me holding on and provides a sense of accomplishment once this one has ended. Regardless, I'd listen to this again ... preferably with a cool buzz.
