A decent rapper, a decent singer and so Cee Lo skates between the two on this, his second album. So, decent, then, but no more than that and, if I put my mind to it, I suspect I could think of 100 hip hop albums worthier of a place on this list than this. Never the main act but a great support - think Cee Lo's stand out verse on Outkast's Git Up, Git Out (every one of Outkast's albums - better than this) or his soul singing on the superb Held Down by De La Soul (every one of De La Soul's albums - better than this) or his guest appearances on Common's Electric Circus (every one of Common's albums - better than this). So, what, that's gotta be about 20 albums covered, less the ones already chosen for the list. 80 more to go? Easy.
