It is a shame that Janis didn't live longer to create more music. She had an iconic voice that was unmistakable. She was broken inside from the start, and her music showed her pain. I think she was lost and didn't know how to find herself so she looked for ways to fill the void, and it ultimately killed her in the end. Even though her career was short, she has a lasting legacy on music. Great album!
