This is clearly a deeply personal, brilliant work of musical genius - but probably NOT an easy casual listen for most (while sober, at least..). It feels droning and meandering, and Björk's vocals can feel disjointed and agonizing (no surprise given the circumstances of her life at the time she wrote/recorded it). Next time I'll try copious amounts of drugs and see if anything 'clicks' (?)
