I initially wanted to make a joke about the 'seldom seen' part of this albums title to be quite apt but apparently there are over a million people who were miserable enough to tune into this sleeping aid of a band monthly? I can only assume this albums inclusion was once again born from the desire to shove as much British drollery onto a list already bursting at the seams with it. I'm not a huge radiohead fan but Elbows style is so derivative of the parts I dislike about Radiohead the most that I was really just wanting to go put something from In Rainbows on instead.
