Too difficult to listen to! Very heavy blues with wailing harmonicas. Sounds very bloated and over the top for me.

A bit of a gem! Eclectic funk and soul. Sounds a bit like Sly Stone, but less WAAHHHHHH, and more hhhMMMmmmmmMM! Some of the tracks are quite intricate, and the first track reminds me of Tame Impala. My latest summer groove.

Really good - how did I miss this the first time round? Has a Motown feel.

Whats to say about a Beatles album? A step up from Please please me, and enjoyable. I cant see myself listening to this very much though. Great album cover tho.

I'm going to be open minded about this record.... but I just cannot like Simply Red, just not interested in 80s soul.
