1001 Albums Summary

Obviously Beach Boys best. A musical inspiration for that period. Variety, a great album. Brian Wilson a genius.

Just not my thing. I can see academically this album represented change to music. I just prefer music I can whistle or hum. I was 17 when this came out but I don't recall any songs from this album. Same year a lot of great music was released. I was probably more a Rumors fan to give one example.

Much better than I expected. Very clever. Used the album concept very well. Little snippets between songs was very adhesive to the experience.
