The Dark Side Of The Moon
Pink FloydNever played this all the way through before so thought I’d give it a go. A bit self-indulgent as an album.

More mellow than expected. A great listen on a Bank Holiday Monday morning.

Loved this. Not listened to it all the way through before but knew a few of the tunes. Found it hard going at first but it takes you on a real journey. A proper album that needs to be experienced from start to finish to make sense.
Great album. First time playing all the way through. Perfect for a cold Winter work morning.
Enjoyed but drifted off towards the end as all seemed a little samey. More familiar with Quality Control, which I love.
Manages to even makes Sting sound good. A classic. Best known for Personal Jesus but Cash’s version of Saw Your Face seals it for me.
Overly theatrical for me. Only bit I really enjoyed was the end of Gutter Cat that sounded a bit like The Birthday Party for a few seconds.
Got three songs in and had to give up. Like a budget Pet Sounds without the tunes or lush harmonies. Generic soporific indie rock. Do not recommend.
