I used to listen to the songs in this album a lot when I was 16. Never stoped to listen to it as a whole, though. It has a really youthful theme, some shallow, funny and annoying situations of young adulthood. I love it.

This album is so cool and classic. I love the mix between the important and intelligent criticism and clever sense of humor. I really like the cover art. Favourite songs: Acknowledge Your Own History, Good Newz Comin', Beeds on a String.

Such a vibe, I loved listening to it. I can only imagine a young Elvis signing his first deal back in the 50s. Very classic and fun album. Favourite songs: I'm Gonna Sit Down and Cry (Over You), Blue Suede Shoes, I'll Never Let You Go (Little Darlin').

It's a coherent album, but having the same theme in all songs makes it a little boring. It's also such a specific experience, being british and outraged by war in the early 10s. I find it hard to relate. A good album though, just not my type. I enjoyed "the last living rose".
