1001 Albums Journey

so far its a pretty solid record all around, theres some forgettable verses/choruses although tracks like the world is yours is absolutely amazing but i guess we already know that. a lot of this record is just me thinking “yeah this sounds great” but just nothing stands out as just mindblowing like everyone hypes it up to be. a lot of other hip hop artists from ny in the 90’s give his messages with much better flow lyics and delivery but not to knock down this record, it does deserve the hype it gets and i can see why people say its amazing, it just doesnt stand out to me personally like something like enter the wu tang, the low end theory, or midnight marauders for example did. as i said early though solid record

first song is absolutely amazing, not a single thing i can say bad about it really, love the solo in remember tomorrow, so far have really great thoughts on this album. next few tracks have absolutely not disappointed, amazing skill on the guitar has been shown coupled with amazing vocals unlike anyone else ive heard (at least at the level theyre at) and for this to be a debut record? an insane start to an insane career iron maiden has. very positive experience overall. amazing record
