Notes:Partway through so far, does "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" normally just end abruptly or did my version do a prank on me? The second half of the album is waaay better than the first half, imo. Review: I understand now why people call this album a classic, although I feel like the first half is a little bit of a slog. I don't think any of the songs are bad, mind, but I think the ubiquity of some of the earlier songs like "Octopus's Garden" and "Come Together" make it harder to give those a fair shake and not be reminded how often I've heard them before. "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" is a standout song on the first half, and pretty much from "You Never Give Me Your Money" onward the album is pretty engaging.
