A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Jul 28 2022

Jazz... Coltrane. What is there to say negative about this? It's refreshing. Great music on a cold winter night by the fire. Great background music when entertaining guests. Great sitting on the deck in the fall watching the sun set.

Soul Mining by The The
Jul 29 2022

Not really my thing. Screams early 80's post punk electronica for sure. Probably popular in cocaine fueled night clubs of the 80’s. My go to to music in a similar genre would be Joy Division/New Order.

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Aug 01 2022

Grew up on this album. Actual vinyl album. Every single song on this is a hit. Say what you want about the man, but this is the gold standard of 1980's pop. Truly the King of Pop. Propbably my least favorite song on here is the title song, but even still, this entire piece of art is museum worthy. This was really great to listen to once again.

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Aug 02 2022

This is a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Album. Imagine sitting in your bedroom, sneakily smoking a joint, listening to "Dazed and Confused" for the first time ever back in 1969. Mind blowing. There is not a bad apple in the bunch. This is meant to be listened to from beginning to end. Many of these songs are in a daily rotation of mine.

Mermaid Avenue by Billy Bragg
Aug 03 2022

Smokey Roadhouse tavern sound to this album. Not really my thing, but has its place. REVERB.
