The Fat Of The Land by The Prodigy
Aug 15 2022

Very fun tracks, a little repetitive but I could see myself having a good time partying to these. I want to take all the samples from this album and put them on a board and get high as shit in the woods pressing buttons lmao. Not something I would listen to regularly, but a fun experience for a specific mood. Favourite Tracks: Diesal Power, Firestarter

Disintegration by The Cure
Aug 17 2022

I have listened to a few songs by The Cure before, so I was expecting to really enjoy the album. Just felt very uninspired/bored by a lot of this album. Some songs feel way too long, not much variation in general. First two in particular were hard to listen to without wanting to skip. I feel like by the first verse I basically know the entire song, not sure if it's something I would want to actively listen to again. The Cure will probably remain a band I just listen to a few singles I like for. Favourite Tracks: Lullaby, Fascination Street

Darklands by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Aug 19 2022

Very nice album, good vocals, good lyrics, nice guitar tones. Listened to it twice on a walk and it was a great way to clear my head. Favourite tracks: Happy when it rains, about you

Diamond Life by Sade
Aug 22 2022

Close between a 2 and 3 for me. I liked it on the first listen but was a little boring coming back the second time, might just be nostalgia for me from high school. Compositions are not super interesting but I do love the horn work on this album. Her voice is very relaxing and nice, good music to work to. Favourite songs: Smooth Operator, Cherry Pie
