The Queen Is Dead by The Smiths

Very insensitive recommending this to a Brit the day after the Queen died! 5 stars obviously, The Smiths, ace

Abraxas by Santana

One of my favourite coffee shops in Amsterdam is presumably named afterthis album, and it's fitting as this would make a very good coffee shop album. 3 stars is harsh but it's not my type of thing and if I give this 4 stars it gives me nowhere to really go with ones I do like or really like. Some nice jazzy vibes, wasn't quite what I expected. Definitely there are situations this would be perfect as ambient music

Back To Black by Amy Winehouse

Songs OK, don't really like her voice - interesting to actually listen to the album but unlikely to do again

Hail To the Thief by Radiohead

Not for me, completely dull. Not much of a Radiohead fan as it is but this is the least interesting album of theirs I've heard
