Classic let me skip albums pls

No its not the most mind blowing thing in the world, but it is pretty fun. You cant really hate the grooves or tight playing

Not sure how to describe this album and ive known it for most of my life. Very human of an album. Its a perfect mix of the grunge sound, hard rock ballads, psych sludge sound, heavy stoner riffs, and really catchy choruses. Chris Cornells voice is unreal with how talented it is.

You can say some really pretentious shit at me saying I dont get it or bla bla, but this is just not great. A lot of 20 minute really similar songs with a bunch of density and no real standout grooves or melodies. Just a lot of talented skilled playing that leads to a bunch of chaotic nothing. Still a 3 star because I do love the soundscape of the album and I can respect the playing. But this is not worth your time, a terrible intro to jazz, and a shit experience.

Hot take: I really love moments like One More Dance. The two singers are clearly having fun and it makes the record feel more human. Laughter is a very universal language that speaks to anyone, especially in a semi foreign language like this album. Overall, this is a record that you need to grow on you. Miriam is such an undeniable talented singer. Even though half of the album is in english, the parts that arent are able to be told though universal emotions like love, loss, tradition, is a pretty good feat. I wish I could give this a 3.5 so im split on a 3 or a 4 star. This album deserves a bit more love though
