It's hard to not know many of the songs on this album, so many have become hits. It's the kind of album I would have on in the background and could listen to from start to finish but not one where I would pick out individual songs to listen to. Adele's vocals are impeccable as expected and powerful - what a set of pipes she has. However I do feel like other than the singles most of the other tracks are fillers and not particularly unique or memorable. Standouts songs - Set Fire to the Rain, Turning Tables, Someone Like You

Were probably a really fun band to see live. A mix of classic rock with some punk energy thrown into the mix. Nothing too memorable though and I probably wouldn't listen a second time. Standout tracks: Kick Out The James - good melody, got my feet tapping. Nothing else really a stand out for me.

The Clash by The Clash
Nov 18 2022

I am pretty ashamed that I’ve never listened to a Clash album before from start to finish especially since growing up I was big Black Flag and Minor Threat fan. Love the energy, and there are so many catchy hooks. Although this isn’t their most well-known I would definitely listen to this again. I was surprised that Police & Thieves has some Reggae vibes. Standout tracks: White Riot

Fuzzy by Grant Lee Buffalo

Not going to lie, I couldn't get through this one though I did really enjoy Fuzzy and Jupiter and Teardrop. There was just nothing catchy enough to stick in my head for very long. It gave me some Gilmore Girls esque vibes though and the album would definitely work as part of a film soundtrack. At once point I thought they reminded me of Elliott Smith and in fact, an Elliott Smith track is included on the album radio on Spotify.
