1001 Albums Summary

It was ok, not really my favourite style of punk - I’m a fan of post punk and goth punk type stuff from the 80s but this isn’t the one for me. Maybe it will grow with repeated listens, but sometimes the style is reminiscent of a paler version of Chuck Mosley era Faith No More or Iggy Pop. It’s clear to see the influences in this album and that have come from this album/band but it just doesn’t ‘float my boat’ Will probs listen again, but it’s never going to be on top ten rotation

Mostly great album, couple of tracks are not to my taste. Haven’t listened in 20 years or so.

Never heard this before and it’s a fantastic mix of background Muzak, jazz, pop and electric. Will definitely go into rotation. Great for having on in the background whilst you work or socialise. Solid 8.5/10

Edgy pop. OK but not really my bag
