1001 Albums Summary

I wish I was in the right physical environment to accurately accompany this style of music. I can just imagine myself bailing hay all day while listening to stuff like this. Not something I would listen to consistently, but in the right setting this hits. Her voice is just so Godly. I like Track 2: Too Far Gone and Track 6: Bottle Let Me Down the most.

As much as I want to hate this one, there are more than a handful of undeniable jams. Taylor knocked it out of the park with a concise album that is the definition of songs that get white people turnt. The easy and catchy lyrics of most of these songs along with the actual music gives white girls all they need to be able to sing along after just one listen… and I guess all I need to as well. I like Track 3: Style and Track 9: Wildest Dreams the most.

I guess I’m just not a psychedelic rock fan. It wasn’t “bad”, but it isn’t something I would ever choose to put on. The beginning half seemed to drag on for a long time and blend into one really dull song. Favorite is Track 15: Mr. Evasion.

I did not expect half of this album to be instrumental, but it was nice to hear after a long night of work. It was alright overall, but it was nothing to write home about. Favorite tracks were Track 3: Heroes and Track 10: The Secret Life of Arabia.

I don’t know exactly what it was, but I fucking loved this album. It just felt cinematic a lot with the music on most of the tracks. There were times where the vocals reminded me of those memes where people annunciate their vowels too much which is common in this genre of music (I don’t know what genre it is). Maybe he’s just British idk. It was nice though overall. Track 6: Weather to Fly and Track 10: One Day Like This were my favorites.

It was alright. I hated how long the 13 MINUTE TRACK at the beginning of the album dragged on. I have heard the track War before, but I couldn't tell you where. It was a nice sound it jam out to while I was in he car. Not really that much that stood out overall. Favorite tracks were Track 3: Relax, Track 4: War, and Track 9: San Jose.

This album was alright. There was no individual song that made me pog, but overall it was a vibe. Seemed like classic rock and rock to me. Favorite Tracks were Track 1: Rock Rock (Till You Drop) and Track 7: Rock of Ages.
