James Brown Live At The Apollo was an experience with it being live. The music itself was good, but the touch of it being live made it authentic. It made it more special. The crowd was electric and made it so much better.

I’m not the average listener, but I did enjoy it. Very repetitive and very mad dude. Someone come give him some help. I’m playing in the music stand point I did enjoy the solos and how they open up every song. One of my favorites was “tv party” it was a very enjoyable song. Just dudes that want some drinks and watch tv. It was a up beat song some may say happy song. Then they hit you with “What I see” he speaks about I wanna live, I just wanna die type shit. I lost interest towards the last couple songs

Eh wasn’t exciting. I was over it at some points. In other points I’d be like it that wasn't awful. Some songs are catchy and some are just corny. One song reminded me of “loser” by beck and it was the only thing I was thinking about. Therefore I rewarded myself with the song after words. In some kind words the album was MID

I enjoyed it. It was chill and was a nice listen. I caught myself listening to it a few more times after the first listen. Still enjoyed it just as much. Garbage wasn’t actually garbage more like gasoline.

When I was younger I would listen to rap rap and it was rare to see any women rapping. Hearing Missy for the first time I said this is some good shit. Easily one of my favorites. Isn’t my first listen. Growing up with this album did open the doors to other artist in the genre of rap. Listening to it again after time of not listening to it for awhile quickly gets me listening to missy once again. Beats are raw, lyrics are different, this is some good stuff. I understand why it’s on here. Missy is one of the best to ever do it. Enjoyable listen.

Sounded the same throughout the album. Got bored of the same tune and lyrics not for me.

It was good, but would need another listen. It sounded all the same. Eh.
