It was initially daunting seeing the track list of this album and the length. I prefer albums in that sweet spot of 40-60 minutes. But the initial worry soon disappeared once I got into this album, the slick flows and amazing production hooked me and there was enough variation to keep me intrigued for the 75 minute run time
I had only heard a few led zeppelin tracks before I went into this album. From what I’d heard, I was very impressed so I went in with good expectations, this project exceeded those expectations taking me through instrumental excellence. John paul Jones’ performance on bass stood out to me in particular. Of course everyone played their part amazingly, topped off with plants incredible vocals to create a great project, I will definitely be revisiting this album
