Mellow. A bit droll and repetitive, but good vibes and relaxing.
Little prog rock-y for me. Probs won't listen again. Was cool to listen thru once.
I love the avant garde music style and that Devo breaks convention here. It as a dissonant sound that only comes from musicians who know how to play music well. I don't know that it's a steady rotation album for me, but I did enjoy it. Of particular note for me were Mongoloid, Satisfaction, Jocko Homo, Too Much Paranoias.
Pretty well produced and played. Not my style of music, but they are talented and it was nice to listen to.
