1001 Albums Summary

Well, I did laugh a lot. Honestly even if this had been good, I would have a hard time forgiving Meatloaf for being responsible for my being subjected to 1,000 renditions of "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" when I was younger and hung out in karaoke bars a lot. There's really nothing gay kids love more than an endless ballad about the bleakest heterosexual relationship imaginable. Actually now that I've paid attention to a Meatloaf album for the first time ever, it occurs to me that all of his songs seem to be endless ballads about extremely bleak heterosexual relationships. Couldn't be me.
