It's not his best work, but bad Leonard Cohen is better than most anything

I usually don't understand Elvis Costello, but there a few songs of his I adore (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIzTXbixEaQ) I would need to listen to this one more to get a vibe and I aint got time. 3 stars.
