Imagine the good/bad gradient as a circle. It's hard to say if this is great or so bad it wrapped around back to great. Either way 8 out of 5 stars.

Will not be at all bothered if every other Parliament or Funkadelic album is in this list.

I’ve heard track 1 enough times to know I’m all set on not listening to this. That track makes me feel like I’ve lived in this one small town in New Jersey in the '70s for much longer than I wanted. Mama, I’m leaving.
