i LOVE this album like sm im obsessed with fleetwood mac especially with my pookie stevie nicks so i got really happy that it was the first album i got well lets start second hand news: love this one but i never really pay attention to the lyrics because is not my first language so is really hard but today i did so i got surprised at the "i know theres nothing to say someone has taken my place" thx to all the drama that was going on with the band by the time. the first paragraphs of the song seems like the writer is upset that they are done with this other person and theres nothing they can do and that person wont do the things they've used to do. i dont what lay on the tall grass means though lol. the next couple verses are pretty rough omg how i never realized that. the writer says they wont miss this other person because they've been down and tossed around enough so they are kind of done with it. not fully sure what "im just second hand news" means but i interpreted that they're like used??? like not new and thats why they know they're traded by someone else and doesn't mean anything to this other person anymore. really god song i love the voice and instrumentals perfectt dreams: oh BIG classic lets see this gem. im so fucking feral for stevie nicks voice like omg is so good to listen to??? well the firsts verses are really rough too like she says "but listen careful to the sound of your loneneliss" ok beautiful??? in the beginning i kinda feel it was a response to second hand news but now idk i terrible interpretating songs really. this song really is another mad song about the actions of someone else like the line about the thunder and rain and the players only love you when theyre playing. i dont think ive understood the verses about the dreams sorry im stupid lol. im using genius to help me understand this one with all the fleetwood mac lore. after reading all the explenations and actually payinbg attention to the lyrics made me like it even more. stevie is saying how lindsay lost her and how regretful he should feel and also that she thinks he only loved her on her stage persona???? like fucking feral loved it gimme more never going back again: here hes saying that she let he in like fully on her mind multiple times but he never wants to come back there again. this is the shorter song in lyrics but i love the guitar instrumentals and etc. according to genius, the song is about the writer being in a relationship with another woman but reminicing about the similarities with his previsouly relationship with our queen stevie nicks don't stop: I LOVE THIS ONE as i started i started wondering why was the first song that wanst fully gut wretching i hate my ex and i was like im sure this one was written by christine and GUESS WHAT everyone on the band was killing each other but our queen christine was writing songs about living the life and leaving the past behind queen slay lysm. I THINK THESE LINES ARE SO FUNNY "if your life was bad to you just think what tomorrow will do"??? please my girl is so unserious. go your own way: im OBSESSED with this one thanks to my daisy jones and the six obsession like i love it so much. the instrumental on this song is like so fucking insane i love it so much like everything sounds so fucking good. and the lyrics i see that is buckingham saying some similiar thinks that stevie said about him like how he felt his feeling werent appreciated by her and et cetera love it so fucking good songbird: OUYR BEAUTIFUL CHRISTINE GIVING US PRETTY LOVE SONGS. like this one is so sweet that i even teared up a bit:((( those verses really got me "and i wish you all the love in the world but most of all i wish it for myself" our queen of self love. the chain: THIS IS THE BALACOBACO (sorry i had to use a portuguese expression bc i coulnt help it) also another one that i love thanks to daisy jones and the six because is sooo them. this one is so RAW and TOXIC GIMME MORE. im crazy with the instrumental like is SO good everything is perfect i love it really im crazy for this one so daisybilly coded you make loving fun: here comes our mother christine mcvie with her love songs like this one is so cute and sweet but shes so crazy of making her ex husband work on the music she wrote to another man like love her for it get his ass. i dont want to know: this one is actually so sad??? like the instrumental is all fun and games but then shes saying that she doesnt want to be on the middle of him finding happiness so she wants him to find love and move on because she does not want him to me miserable like fuck you stevie nicks thats so saaaad. but i wish silver springs was on its space like i would fully traded it oh daddy: i find the name of this one so funny lol daddy issues really hitting ya. im not really sure if this one is really about a parent like genius help meeee. ok well im dumb and is not about a literal parent but now i can see is about a toxic relationship and she feels like hes better and superior than her and she cant get out of this situation like its really sad which is crazy because christine wrote this one gold dust woman: this one is so raw and insane and crazy i love the instruemental and stevies great and amazing voice. the screams or whatever that was in the end are so insanely good. omg i didnt know this one was about drug addiction. i think this one is actually a really sad song and a sad way to finish the album because stevie is talking about herself and saying that she should be left alone because theres no point on trying to fix her. this one is SO FUCKING DAISY JONES i love this album, i really do, is really important for me and it was really nice to be the first one i got because even though i know how to sing every single on of them i never really payed much attention to the meaning of the lyrics so this made me go and search and learn and understand. i loveee really do i think is one of the best albums ever made in the world
