Dirt by Alice In Chains
Dec 28 2023
Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Dec 29 2023

This album has its highs at certain points, but the lows are super forgettable. Overall, it was an alright album but it is very dated, and ending with a mediocre 12 minute song isn’t great.

Aja by Steely Dan
Jan 05 2024

This album is filled with a bunch of AMAZING production, to the point where you start to wonder how an artist was making their music sound this good in 1970. Personally, I think that all the songs in here are not only repeatable but they all have really catchy choruses, synths that draw the listener back in, and it was such a pleasant experience listening to this album.

Surfer Rosa by Pixies
Jan 08 2024

I think that this album does have a lot of moments where it absolutely makes no sense. There’s a part in Vamos where it’s just noises of a car crash? The highs of this album are enjoyable like “where’s my mind” and “bone machine”. A lot of the songs on this album are really forgettable, and just are irritating.

White Blood Cells by The White Stripes
Jan 09 2024

no words needed really, it’s just kind of alright. Grunge teen vibes but some melodies are better than others. Hotel Yorba and Fell in love with a girl are the best songs.

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg

Classic west coast shiiiii

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Nov 26 2024

Usually love Steely Dan but this one is kinda like a lead up album where the foundation of the artist is still being made. Aja is still the best album I’ve heard from them so far but I love their melodies so much. 8/10

Da Capo by Love
Nov 27 2024

1960s teenage music doesn’t resonate with me, but I will say that some of the songs really aren’t all that bad. The “kill your brother” part in the song was very odd after just peaceful bliss hippy music.

Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan
Nov 28 2024

Great melodies great songs, some songs I don’t like like idiot wind, but the first half of this album is straight bob Dylan bangers. Not my cup of tea but if I was like at home relaxing maybe I’d like it more.

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Nov 29 2024

Great album, but it did feel a lil 🍇y
