Every bit as bad as it when it was released. Overhyped crap by someone who can neither write music nor sing it.

Amazing album even 60 years later. Seven of the 11 songs are well-deserved classics.

From everything I had heard from The Cure, I expected this album to be depressing. What I didn't expect it to be was boring. But with the exception of A Forest, that's what it was. Perhaps you have to be in a suicidal funk before you can appreciate it, I don't know. But if you're looking for interesting music or lyrics, this isn't it.
