1001 Albums Summary

I liked it alright. But I think it works only if I'm in a particular mood that Kurt designed this album for. It feels like you have to be feeling numb and sitting in the dark listening for this to really resonate with you.

No woman no cry is a devastating song. And the whole album is about black voices and how they've always been discriminated against, and how they have always dealt with it.

It was fine. I don't really have the vocabulary to appreciate jazz.
