Beat selection and production is immaculate - classic beats in pretty much every song. Snoop’s flow is so infectious but he’s akin to Brock Purdy for some of the songs - he is really good but the production is the real star; though he’s more than good enough to where he doesn’t detract from any of the other elements of the music. He’s perfect on Tha Shiznit though so I guess it’s more accurate to question his consistency more than anything else although he is far from even mediocre on any of the songs. Ain’t No Fun is so good Jesus. The back half of the album is fucking insane Will relisten but right now it’s a very strong 4.5/5 (if not a 5/5)- this is clearly a classic album and holds up extremely well today in terms of listen ability not so much for depth or lyrics (iykyk). I could replay every song at any time; there are absolutely no bad songs or anything other than great songs through this album.
