1001 Albums Summary

Have already heard all of these songs thanks to my dad playing nonstop Beatles for my entire childhood. My rating will be biased as we are a Beatles household. Big fan of Michelle due to sentimental value - dad used to sing it to my sister (her name is Michelle). Run for your life is a weird song. 3.5 rating for the album cuz it’s a bit slow for my liking however that doesn’t seem to be an option on this app? Probably one of their worst albums in my opinion. Wouldn’t be something I’d listen to casually but still enjoyed it. If I rated it any lower I’d be afraid my dad would find out and disown me.

He has a very goofy likeable smile on the album cover so he might get extra points for being a nice guy. Bit too religious for me. Bit slower than what I normally vibe with. Got a bit bored of the album towards the end. Would not listen to again. Goodbye and hello was a bit fun though.

Enjoyed it. Incredibly vibey. Had great fun sorting through my clothes while bopping to this. Really liked the deep voiced rapper. Some songs a bit too repetitive chorus wise. The beginnings of the songs are so good. Gonna mark it down a little though as I wouldn’t re listen I don’t think.

Not my usual vibe, bit too slow (though it got more fun towards the end). His voice is very good though. Enjoyed born to be with you. I listened to it while playing games and it was nice to have it in the background. Pleasant tunes pleasant vibes. Big fan of only you know. Would I re listen to it - probably not, but I did enjoy my one listen of it. Much prefer his runaround sue album, I didn’t realise how many of his songs I knew and liked until I skimmed through his other music. Desperately wish I could give it a 3.5.

Start of the album - not my thing, hopes are not high. Not a fan of how it sounds kinda like they’re whispering? I’m anti crackly noise. Staring at the sun big improvement from the wrong way. Slightly giving whiny man music. Not for me. A lot of noises happening in very strange arrangements. The urge to skip through songs was strong iwl.
