Summary: It's very slow, and doesn't go anywhere most of the time. Type of stuff my grandma be bumpin'. I can respect it for what it is, but I won't be coming back to listen to it. I like the banana. Sunday Morning: 6/10. Meh. doesn't really go anywhere. Fine instrumentals with bleh vocals. I'm waiting for the man: 3/10. Just the same shit for 4:39 minutes. Ending is kinda neat. Femme Fatal: 5/10. Chorus is catchy. Distortion on instruments is distracting. Venus in Furs: 4/10. Boring. Feels like I'm in a vikings march. Run Run Run: 3/10. Gave me tinnitus from the guitar. Just fucking hurts my right ear. That being said, guitar is the saving grace for this song. Gets me groovin a bit. All tomorrow's parties: 4/10. Bleh. Doesn't do anything worth note. Heroin: 5/10. Finally a song that does stuff. Not a fan of the sheer amount of noise in this song. Was fine until like the 6min mark. Idk its whatever. Getting a LITTLE tired of the style of this album already. There she goes again: 6/10. I think my favorite so far. Im not sure how much I payed attention to it, but I think it was a nice sound. Ill be your mirror: 6/10. Pleasant little diddy. Slow tune. Inoffensive. The black angles death song: 5/10. no notes. is lame. European son: ?/10. I'm tapping out. Can't finish this.

Summary: Radiohead like album. Dabbles in some rock with electronic that works decently well. Some songs don't do too much, whilst others do the right amount of *enough*. I only wish that some of these broke out into a faster tempo, or just a more advantages style. Fight Test: 8.5. Very nice instrumental and vocals. Mixture of drums and weird computer bewms work very well. Catchy. Transitions into next song, but somewhat poorly? One More Robot/Sympathy 3000-21: 9. Beautiful outro. Bass throughout the song in the right ear is stellar. The distorted piano(?) gives those portions a cool, creepy vibe. Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Pt. 1: 7.5. Fun goofy track about a girl fighting robots. Lyrics are playful with a nice beat behind it. Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Pt. 2: 6/10. Transitions are weird fadeouts on this album. I think they'd flow super smoothly if they didn't! Besides the dying rat sounds it's a nice instrumental. Drums are killer on this album so far. In the Morning of the Magicians: 7.5. Speaking of better transitions, this song actually faded in properly. Zoned out for most of it, but I did enjoy the instrumental on this. Once again the drums sound really nice. Just a good long song to space out on. Ego Tripping at the Gates of Hell: 7. Nothing crazy. Bass line is catchy. Mixture of acoustic guitar, piano, flute, and electronic whatnots are a nice combo. Are You a Hypnotist??: 6.5. The electronic bits remind me of stuff from les claypool lennon delirium. Fine track. Somewhat slow, and doesn't do much I guess? Once again the drums are a nice standout. It's Summertime: 5.5. Nothing note worthy. Twas fine. Do You Realize??: 6. Strange mix of your standard rock(?) and gospel?? I only say gospel cause of the choir esque backing vocals. Liked the lyrics. Instruments are take it or leave it territory. Not sure why its the most played song. All We Have Is Now: 7.5. A nice slow somber tune. Air compressor sound goes hard Approaching Pavonis Mons by Balloon (Utopia Planitia): 7. Feels like a Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Pt. 2, Pt. 2. Bringing back the dying rat. Trumpets sound nice.
Summary: If you like the Beatles, you'll like this. And I most certainly dabble in a bit of Beatles. First half is loaded with some great songs, whilst the second half drags a bit (besides the final song.) Definitely one I'd come back to at some point. Band on the Run: 10/10. Absolutely love this song. one of the song I've heard off of this record before. The switch ups are SO good (first switch up is my favorite. The one about breaking out) Vocals are great, music itself is phenomenal. Jet: 9/10: The other one I've heard before. Iconic sax riff with the OoOOooO's. It gets done what it wants in the first say 3mins. I think it drags a little too long after that. Still enjoyed it regardless! Bluebird: 8/10. A nice slow down song. The guiro(?) goes hard in this song, along with the cowbells, or xylophone, or whatever it is. Mrs. Vandebilt: 9/10 GODDAMN that's a killer bass line. Super catchy hook. But damn man once again I just wish it was a bit shorter! I don't know if its my gen z brain, but I think this would've been a 10/10 if it was short and sweet. Still loved it regardless. Let Me Roll It: 6.5. Not bad. There isn't a whole lot going on in this one. The VERY IN YOUR FACE guitar riff is groovy. I don't have a problem with the IN YOUR FACE part, I just thought it was kinda goofy how loud it is lol. Mamunia: 5.5. Eh? Its a fine track. Some bits here and there were nice, but a little lackluster I suppose. No Words: 5. Sounds like every other throwaway Beatles song. Doesn't do anything for me. Picasso's Last Words (Drink to Me): 4.5. Best part is when the song took a break from itself to go back to jet. Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five: 9/10. Oh yeah this one gets me grooving. The piano and electronic parts are awesome standouts in this song. The flow of the lyrics are tight too. Killer outro.
Summary: The highs are high, and the lows are just kinda in the middle. Lots of songs sound the same, which is expected with 17 songs, But there were far too many that sounded too similar, making for some boring songs. Cover looks great! Turn to Stone: 10/10. Heard it before. Great vocals, violins and piano. Catchy little ditty. It's Over: 8.5. This song *sounds* great. Like the production on its is very good. Sweet Talkin' Woman: 6.5. Gets me grooving, but it's a little samey samey with the last couple songs. Across the Border: 5.5. 17 songs is starting to worry me. Hope they don't all sound the same. Well... I guess this one did add trumpets. Night in the City: 6. Some portions are catchy. Im gonna getcha part slapped. Starlight: 6. Man this song drags. Its a good slower song. Feels cozy. But yeah this did not need to be almost 5mins long. Jungle: 4. Waaaay too repetitive. This bits thrown in to make me feel like I was in a jungle were kinda goofy. In a good or bad way? I don't know! Believe Me Now: 8. Pretty good interlude. Main melody is nice. Voco parts feel out of place/tacky. Steppin' Out: 6.5. Hate the way the voco sounds. Hook is catchy. Could take or leave the rest. Drags. Standin' In the Rain: 4.5 . Boring. Wish they stuck with the atmosphere in the beginning. OKAY BUT THAT TRANSITION WAS SMOOTH. Big Wheels: 6.5. Peaceful track. Both transition were nice. Summer and Lightning: 5. Eh its just a little repetitive with nothing new thrown in. Besides the little swtich up, nothing note worthy. Nice intro to mr blue. Mr. Blue Sky: 7. Iconic song. Ive never really been one for Mr blue sky though. I can still groove to it from time to time. Piano outro was neat. Sweet Is the Night: 5. Inoffensive, but sounds like every other song. The Whale: 7. Cool instrumental. Very spacey feeling like how I imagined this album sounding. Birmingham Blues: 5.5. Its got its own sound somewhat. Yeah idk I got nothing. Its just fine. Wild West Hero: 5.5. Yeah it gets the closer sound right. Uninteresting otherwise.
Summary: I think I would've rather done something else with my hour. It's not bad, but its certainly not great. Samey samey. Yep, that's a flute. This is the 5th time you've showed us this song. Aqualung: 6/10. Uh, yeah I mean its a rock song. Switch ups are neat, and the guitar riff is catchy. Heard it before, but sitting down and listening to its kinda lackluster. Cross‐Eyed Mary: 3/10. Boring as all hell. Might get played in the background of a bar if lucky. Cheap Day Return: 6/10. Hard to make me hate a song so short. Simple, straight forward sound. Mother Goose: 5/10. I... I really don't know if I do or don't like this. I wasn't expecting to be thrown in a dnd starting tavern in this album. If this was like best hits of john the bard, I might be grooving. Just a total tonal shift. Wond'Ring Aloud: 5.5/10. Cute song. Not adventurous, but doesn't need to be I suppose. Up to Me: 4/10. This flute is fucking crazy. Feel like I'm in a jungle level in a old tomb raider game. I don't dislike it, but it verges on feeling out of place. Just zoning out for most of these tracks. Feels like they don't go anywhere. My God: 4/10. Either I'm not in the mood to listen to an album right now, or this is just not vibing with me. We are getting WAY to personal with this flute. Hymn 43: -/10. Oh man. First one I've skimmed through. This is having the "Every song sounds the same" problem now. I'm bored. Bored of this sound. Slipstream: 2. Okay.... and...? We did one of these earlier and it was better. Locomotive Breath: 3.5/10. Take the flute out and maybe replace it with some more prominent bass. Bass is the saving grace for me (love my bass.) Wind Up: 4/10. little more interesting than the rest. Not by much mind you, but it has its own personality.
