Can't Buy A Thrill by Steely Dan
Mar 08 2024

Overall a fun listening experience filled with great performances around the board. The thought provoking lyrics and catchy choruses kept me engaged through the whole projects. The only problem I have with the album is that it losses a little bit of steam in the last few songs.

Rum Sodomy & The Lash by The Pogues
Mar 10 2024

This was not something I expected to have as much fun listening to as I did. I enjoy the blend of what seems to be pirate shanty’s and some folk in the track-list.

Fishscale by Ghostface Killah
Mar 19 2024

Ghostface’s performance on this project is amazing. He brings so much personality and style over very bombastic production that fits perfectly complements each other. Then, the features overall are really good and Raekwon, who is all over this album, goes bar for bar with ghostface. On the other hand I think some of the features on the wu-tang track do fall a little flat. Beyond that this was a fun album with plenty of bangers.
