funny and overall great project from Dylan; probably an 80 or 4.5

album cover low key ruins it a little; not into first song album is overall unmemorable, I don't care for his voice much and beyond the chorus of where dreams go to die I wasn't wowed at all album dragged on, lost interest towards end not for me
