sheer heart attack 8.5/10 glam rock babyyy :D this album has some songs that you couldn’t put on any other queen albums.. this is such an energetic, colourful and vibrant album.. they had finally (sorta) found their own sound, and hell they can write a pop tune! brian just goes crazy on this album! this is a great guitar driven record and i’m not saying that only cuz the great big huge guitar solo brighton rock lands on this album but also because literally all the other songs have such tasteful guitar solos dude they are done so well & every guitar note on this record is executed perfectly p.s the first ever speed/thrash metal song lands on here too! bknz scc & p.s 2 this album gets psychedelic af at some points and they work exceptionally well brighton rock 8.5 killer queen 9 tenement funster 9 flick of the wrist 9.5 lily of the valley 7.5 now i’m here 8 in the lap of the gods 9 stone cold crazy 9 dear friends 8 misfire 7.5 bring back that leroy brown 8.5 she makes me 7 in the lap of the gods… revisited 8.5
