It was fine probably would have to sit with it longer to fully appreciate it, but a couple songs had really fun things they did with changing tempos that I liked

BANGER BANGERS AND MORE BANGERS Love the opening track and it's use by nas in his song the jarreau of rap And Take 5 how could one not like take 5 Big fan of albums that aren't doing to much 7 songs, no fat!

Ups and downs I could probably come around I most songs but not "we're not supposed to" but maybe that's a warning sign. "Sitting up straight" was a big stand out to me, really enjoyed the tempo changes, fun uses of dissonance into resolution pretty quickly in the chorus. Probably won't revisit but this song did get pulled out into a playlist
