Just finished my first listen through, and I really enjoyed it—a solid 4 for me. I’m not ashamed to admit I’m a virgin when it comes to hard rock, but songs like "Hells Bells," "Shoot to Thrill," and "You Shook Me All Night Long" were some I really enjoyed.

Solid 3. Enjoyable and pretty catchy songs. It would probably rank even higher if it didn’t feel dated.

Loved this album—the way the genres blend and the diversity of sounds used is incredible. I'll probably have to give it another listen, but man, songs like "Derelict," "High 5," and "Lord Only Knows" were some of my favorites. There were a few tracks in the middle that weren’t as amazing, yet they were still good. I think I’m feeling a 5 on my first listen, might bump it down to a very high 4 though.

I loved the start of the album with The Power of Equality, If You Have to Ask, and Breaking the Girl. However, it fell off a slope after that. I disliked Funky Monks, and Suck My Kiss was absolutely terrible and abhorrent—it completely changed my mood about the album. There were some great songs here and there, but overall, I probably wouldn’t revisit the album as a whole. I definitely preferred the band when they were more introspective and heartfelt rather than funky.
