1001 Albums Summary

This ain't my first experience with CCR, as my dad owns one of their records, but this is certainly the first time I'm actually engaging in a project of theirs on my own. Initial impressions say this is about as high quality as I would expect from the group. The opener is absolutely stupendous, the vocals are iconic as ever and very passionate, and the guitarwork certainly induces a very classic, dusty vibe. Clocking in at just over 30 minutes, too, there really is no reason not to check this out. 3.5 / 5 Leaning 4/5 (since no nuanced ratings here)

It's very sweet and earnest. I've heard a few other Foo records and this is certainly of the quality I would expect of them, though I do wish the production was a bit more airy and less squished down to shit. Nonetheless, deeply enjoyable stuff. Rating: 3.5 (closer to 4 stars)

Suuuper lovely record. Passionate, electric, and CLASSIC in every form of the word. Nothing much more to say, heard this one a bit ago. 4 stars <3

CLASSIC. Just one of those albums that is completely necessary for all music listeners. As a metalhead, this is one of the most well-written and well-aged records to ever be made. War Pigs <33 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5)
