The talent of Beck Hansen is not disputed. His focus on rhythms and experimentation without exaggeration is the forte of this album. Somewhat lo-fi with use of tech-y hi-fi sounds. Among the bombastic, bam bam toe tapping numbers, you can definitely hear the early genesis of some tracks that are on his best album, Morning Phase. 3 E-Pros out of 5 for me.
