Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough: 3,5/5 - good, but not my vibe Rock with Me: 4,25/5 - great lyrics and instrumentals Workin’ Day and Night: 3,75/5 - I like it especially the moments with bass guitar Get on the Floor: 4/5 - makes me wanna dance Off the Wall: 4/5 - pretty catchy Girlfriend: 3,25/5 - I am not a fan of the story in this song She’s out of my life: 2,5/5 - beautiful lyrics, even tho it doesn’t fit in with the rest I Can’t Help It: 3/5 - too monotonous for me It’s the Falling in Love: 3,5/5 - idyllic vibes, makes me feel alive Burn This Disco Out: 2,75/5 - chorus is dull, but the whole song is not so bad Overall rating: 3,45/5 I liked the album in general, but songs seem to be similar and repetitive. Perfect for dancing, but it’s not my genre, that’s why rating is a bit lower.

From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley

Wearin’That Loved On Look: 3/5 - not bad, but also not memorable Only the Strong Survive: 2.5/5 - a bit boring I’ll Hold You In My Heart (Till I Can Hold You In My Arms): 2/5 - lack of strong moments, monotonne Long Black Limousine: 3.25/5 - intro sounds like a christmas carol, but I like it It Keeps Right On A-Hurtin’: 3/5 - simple and nice to listen I’m Movin’ On: 3.25/5 - I like the guitar riffs Power of My Love: 3.5/5 - strong vocals and saxophone make this song Gentle On My Mind: 3.5/5 - I like how the story in lyrics evolves along with the song After Loving You: 2.5/5 - well written lyrics but the melody is boring True Love Travels On a Gravel Road: 3/5 - great storytelling job Any Day Now: 3.5/5 - a lot happens, perfect for ‚feeling good’ playlist In the Ghetto: 3/5 - classic, but the melody is a bit repetitive for me Suspisious Minds: 4/5 - absolute favourite Don’t Cry Daddy: 3/5 - terribly sad Kentucky Rain: 3.75/5 - my 2nd place, elvis is so good in storytelling Mama Liked the Roses: 2.75/5 - beautiful ballad, but I will not remember it Overall rating: 3.09/5

Doolittle by Pixies
Mar 06 2025

Debaser: 4.6/5 - strong start of an album, guitar background make this song so powerful Tame: 3.8/5 - vocals don’t convince me at first, but I like this song more every time I listen to it Wave of Mutilation: 4.4/5 - the lyrics corespond with the music tempo, even tho I prefer UK Surf version I Bleed: 4/5 - brilliant transfer of emotions Here Comes Your Man: 4.4/5 - classic, simple but genius Dead: 3.7/5 - different than the other songs in the album, it sounds bland compared to them, but it has it’s good moments Monkey Gone to Heaven: 4.4/5 - references to the Bible, catchy chorus and great instrumental work Mr. Grieves: 4.3/5 - at first I was sure I wouldn’t like it, after all it remains to be one of my favs Crackity Jones: 3.9/5 - what can I say, it was.. fast La La Love You: 4/5 - I like the guitar solo at the begging, in some moments it reminds me of The Smiths No. 13 Baby: 3.9/5 - a mix of calm and powerful vocals, what I like the most was the guitar riffs at the second part There Goes My Gun: 3.8/5 - less catchy than others imo, but again guitar saves this Hey: 4.5/5 - my favourite part are the verses, but chorus make this song come together, it’s just a perfect harmony Silver: 3.5/5 - I wouldn’t guess it’s Pixies song if I have to tbh, the vibes are nothing alike Gouge Away: 4.5/5 - I like the bass at the background and the chorus ofc Overall rating: 4.11/5

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Mar 07 2025

Concrete Jungle 3.9/5 - chill vibes, guitar solo is my fav part Slave Driver: 3/5 - I find nothing interesting in the metody line, it’s just good 400 Years: 3.4/5 - not so bad Stop That Train: 3.3/5 - I like the verses, but chorus is too simple for me and make this song kind of boring Babe We’ve Got a Date (Rock it Baby): 2.9/5 - idk why but something in this irritates me Stir It Up: 3.8/5 - classic, but I find it monotonous tbh Kink Reggae: 2.5/5 - got tired while listening to this No More Trouble: 3.3/5 - that was okay, but still very repetitive Midnight Ravers: 2.6/5 - similiar case like most songs in this album High Tide Or Low Tide: 3/5 - lack of strong moments imo All Day All Night: 2.9/5 - lyrics is so simple, but not in a good way unfortunately Overall rating: 3.14/5 I think some songs might sound better if I listened to them separetely. But absorbing the entire album at once make them just.. boring.
