1001 Albums Summary

After hearing nothing but positive things about this album, I expected something that wasn't pitiful. The album was too mellow and sullen especially after my listening to Billy Joel. Another critique I have is the overwhelming accents that induced a headache

The Talking Heads were a band that I never really ventured into because of the weirdness and mediocrity of the tracks I knew. The songs seemed to never end and were drenched in funky grooves that seemed awkward to me.
