Did not bring much joy…
Often feeling like David Bowie light due to the singing style there was only one thought I had during listening: Ece will not enjoy this 😆
The saxophone song Start is so moody, really cool. Peter Gabriel always has the best drums, 80’s baby!
I really like “within you without you” but the song from another album “tomorrow never knows” is my fave because it’s a bit more heavy. The album is great, it’s a classic, love to listen to it, but I mis the bite from let’s say the White Album. Mr Kite is awesome!!
This album on repeat man! Love how the album starts and ends with “Shine on”, makes it into a story or journey. “Welcome to the machine” and “Have a cigar” are great biting parodies/criticisms. But musically not that special. “Whish you were here” is very special, pretty emotional song to me.
This was a new one! I know Led Zeppelin II and Led Zeppelin IV like the back of my hand, but never really listened to III. Although I know a few of the songs on here it was a great find :) Tangerine is awesome!!
Never heard of the band and it was a new experience. It’s not really my style but it’s easy to listen to and kinda fun.
Phenomenal, this is the album I listen too most often. The second best Beatle album 😉 Starts of really groovy, “Something” is the most beautiful song and then the song continue to surprise. “Because” is so magical, John, Paul and George sung it 3 times making it a 9 voice choir. Beautiful. But the main course is the ending montage. This was their last album and they had a lot of half songs. So you take all these half ideas, mix them into a montage and you got non stop bangers flipping the style every so often. Don’t forget “Her Majesty”!!
This is “Where it’s at”! Love the slide guitar and scratch noises. It’s my kryptonite!
So moody and smooth. I miss ‘Ricky don’t loose that number’ but for the rest almost all the greats are here.
