Has some easily recognizable singles that are super fun to listen to. Has a very bouncy vibe but it's easy to get distracted by the flow of some lyrics and more European pronunciations of some words. Definitely carries over into the next decade the kind of sound that is seen to be popular in movies and TV shows during the 80s.
A bouncy rock band from the late 70s. Has a lot of guitar prominence in its songs, where some of the lyrics are barely whispered almost as if to to make way for it. Most of the songs tell a story that are fun to visualize, if a bit nostalgic. The general guitar tune seems verging on what more modern country has settled on. Sultans of Swing is highly rated for a reason but still falls a little short for my personal liking.
