1001 Albums Summary

Oh, I'm familiar with this one already. I listened to it in full for the first time because it's mentioned in one of Mark Fisher's K-Punk posts, or maybe in the intro to Acid Communism (which I read in the K-Punk book after he died because I'm a little too young to have been reading a leftist academic's blog in 2016). Good record, classic 60s psychedelia

Simple Jack: The Album. But seriously I didn't enjoy this at all, I get that it's very influential to a certain type of British guy with high-minded ideas about "what rock music can be" or whatever but I just was not impressed. I thought the concept was both pretentious and kind of stupid, and the songs mostly aren't good enough to make up for it
